WINNING BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND PERSONNEL FOR REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION. THERE WILL BE NO HAND LOADING ASSISTANCE PROVIDED UPON PICK UP.

BIDDER MUST TAKE ALL AND PICK UP NO LATER THAN DAY POSTED
